Volume One

In the shadowed stillness of a world in lockdown, amidst the chaos of the 2020 pandemic, a new force was forged. Guitarist Steve Moore (Stormzone) and Dutch vocalist Tamara Bouwhuis (Dim Crimson) joined creative forces across borders, giving rise to Whiteabbey — a symphonic metal project born in isolation, destined for greatness. What began as a studio collaboration erupted into a full-scale band, and from that alchemy came their thunderous debut: Volume One.

Released in 2020, Volume One marks the origin of Whiteabbey’s epic musical saga. The album is a tapestry of soaring vocals, haunting melodies, and cinematic power metal forged with passion and precision. Each trio of tracks was released as a “chapter,” telling a part of the Whiteabbey mythos before coming together as one sweeping narrative.
